I Was Captured By A Socktopus

Seriously, I’ve been knitting socks like crazy.

Not only did I finish a pair of twisting purls socks in time for Christmas (see picture number one), but I started a NEW pair of socks on December 23rd, and finished the first one this morning!

I am apparently incapable of knitting in just stockinette. ;P

Now let’s talk about Christmas! The past few weeks, I was REALLY wanting to embellish my embroidery skills, so my parents bought me THREE BAGS of embroidery floss.

Obviously, I couldn’t let any of that go to waste, so I went to the nearest craft store and bought-

-an afghan designed specifically to be embroidered on.

WOOHOO! Are you EXCITED?!? I’m excited!
