Now that we’re getting closer to the booth, I have been working almost nonstop to try and finish some things!
You know how a few posts ago, I posted about a “secret” project?
Well, I finished it yesterday! And these next few pictures are not it. 😉
Pictured above is a big headband that could also function as an ear warmer. I’m not usually a big headband lover (no headband could ever tame this wild mane!), but this one fits really well and is super comfortable!
I also crocheted some cotton potholders! These things are durable, because the ones that I have here at home have lasted for YEARS (and that’s in a household of 12 people!)!
Next up are two crocheted hats worn by my lovely sister/partner-in-crime Emily.
And now, I will reveal my “secret” project… The one you’ve all been waiting for…
IT’S A YETI IN A SWEATER!!!!!
*crowd goes wild*
Here he is pictured in his natural habitat, the arctic fold of a petticoat.
After I showed him that photo, he decided that he wanted to be a model, so he ran out into the desert of Austin and posed for a picture.
ISN’T HE CUTE?!? And he’s so cuddly, too. The reason he took me forever to create is because I designed every last inch of that li’l guy. I even have some notes (read: full instructions) about him, so I’ll be putting up the free pattern on Ravelry soon!
